Connect Integrations

Browse the List

  1. Access Integrations: Log into your Synctify OMS account and navigate to the Integrations > Connect .

  2. Explore Available Integrations: Scroll through the list of available pre-built integrations, which include various eCommerce platforms, tools and services.

Search Bar and Filter

  1. Use the Search Bar: If you're looking for a specific integration, type the name or keyword into the search bar to find it quickly.

  2. Apply Filters: Use filters to narrow down the list based on categories.

Connect Integration

  1. Select Integration: Choose the integration you wish to connect by clicking on it.

  2. Follow the Instructions: Each integration has specific setup instructions provided on its detail page. Follow these steps carefully to ensure the integration is connected properly.

View Connection Status

  1. View Connection Status: To check the status of an integration, click More under the listing of each integration.

  2. Monitor Status: This action will show details about the integration's current operational status, including active, inactive or pending for review.
