Manage Stock Level

All your stock data are pulled from the warehouse that you have configured with Synctify. We pull the data every 15 minutes to ensure that your sales channel will have the most immediate updates on inventory.

View Stock Level

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Stock Levels .

  2. Click the icon to expand the stock level details. This will display the stock levels for each warehouse you have configured with Synctify.

Stock Status Explanation

  • Stock On Hand: The total quantity of stock physically present in the warehouse.

  • Reserved Quantity: The quantity of stock reserved for pending orders and not available for new orders.

  • Committed Quantity: The quantity of stock that has been allocated to confirmed orders but not yet shipped.

  • Available Quantity: The quantity of stock that is available for new orders; calculated as Stock On Hand minus Reserved and Committed quantities.

Adjust Stock Level

Important Note

This feature is designed for use in exceptional situations, such as if your warehouse’s API fails to send us inventory data. You can manually update your stock level using this feature. Once the API connection is restored, the changes from the manual update will be overwritten by the updates from the API.

  1. Click the icon and select the location where you wish to adjust the stock level.

  2. Choose the update method and enter the desired quantity.

  3. Select the reason for the adjustment.

  4. Click Submit to update the stock level.

Export Stock Level

You can export the Inventory Level Report from Reports > Report Center .
