Configure SKU Aliases

Objective

Set up SKU aliases to manage different identifiers for the same product efficiently.

Access SKU Settings

  1. Select Product: Navigate to the product you wish to set up.

  2. Access SKU Settings: Once you have selected the product, locate the menu icon , then click on the Configure SKU Aliases option from the menu.

Sales Channel Aliases

  1. Add Alias: Choose the sales channel for which you want to add a new SKU alias. Select the original SKU from the catalog and enter the alias in the designated field. If you need to add multiple SKU aliases simultaneously, click the Add button and repeat the previous steps.

  2. Save Configuration: Click Submit to finalize the SKU aliases.

Warehouse Aliases

  1. Add Alias: Go to the Warehouse tab and click the Add button. Choose the warehouse for which you wish to add a new SKU alias, select the original SKU, and enter the SKU alias. To add multiple SKU aliases at once, click Add again and repeat the steps.

  2. Save Configuration: Click Submit to complete the setup of the SKU aliases.

Remove Alias

  1. Remove Alias: Click the Remove button next to the alias you want to delete.

  2. Save Configuration: Click Submit to update the changes.
