Overview

This guide explains how to install and authorize TikTok Shop from Synctify OMS.

Once connected, Synctify OMS can access your authorized TikTok Shop data and support order and inventory workflows based on your integration settings.

Note

If you also need to connect TikTok Fulfillment By TikTok, complete the TikTok Shop authorization first. After that, TikTok Fulfillment By TikTok can reuse the existing authorization without repeating the full authorization process.

Installing TikTok Shop from Synctify OMS

Step 1. Search for TikTok

In Synctify OMS, go to Integrations > Connect .

Use the search bar to search for “TikTok”. On the TikTok Shop card, click Connect .

Step 2. Select your store region

In the authorization window, select the Store Region that matches your TikTok Shop store location, then click Authorize .

If you have stores in multiple regions, authorize each region separately. The Environment is set to Production by default, so you do not need to change this option.

Step 3. Confirm the app installation

You will be redirected to TikTok Shop Seller Center. If prompted, log in to the TikTok Shop account you want to connect.

On the Install page, select Unlimited for Duration of partner access, enter your preferred contact information, then click Confirm to install .

Step 4. Authorize Synctify OMS

On the Authorize page, review the requested permissions.

Check the acknowledgment box, then click Authorize .

Step 5. Return to Synctify OMS

After authorization is completed, TikTok Shop Seller Center will redirect you back to Synctify OMS.

You may see an authorization success message before the redirect is completed.

Step 6. Complete the final setup

On the Authorization Final Step page:

Select your Linked Store.
Set Sync Inventory to Enable if you want Synctify OMS to sync inventory with TikTok Shop.
Configure Warehouse Mappings if needed. You can also complete this later.
Review the available Shipping Providers. This section is read-only and does not require action.
Click Submit .

Once submitted, your TikTok Shop account is connected to Synctify OMS.

Can I connect TikTok Fulfillment By TikTok after authorizing TikTok Shop?

Yes. Once TikTok Shop is authorized, TikTok Fulfillment By TikTok can reuse the existing TikTok Shop authorization. You do not need to complete the full authorization process again.

Do I need to complete Warehouse Mappings during authorization?

No. You can configure Warehouse Mappings during the final setup step or complete them later from the integration settings.

Which store region should I select?

Select the region that matches your TikTok Shop store location. If you have stores in multiple regions, authorize each region separately.
