If enabled, make sure you map your ship node(s) to the correct warehouse(s) in Synctify so inventory updates route to the right location. (Walmart supplier inventory can be managed and viewed by ship node.)

Troubleshooting

Walmart Supplier One

I don’t see Synctify in the Supplier One App Store
  • Confirm you’re signed into the correct Supplier One supplier account .
  • Ask your organization’s Retail Link Site Administrator to verify app access and perform the connection.
The Connect button is unavailable / I can’t authorize
  • Most common cause: you’re not the Retail Link Site Administrator (only admins can integrate external apps/partners).
The Synctify login pop-up doesn’t appear
  • Disable pop-up blockers for Supplier One and retry.
  • If you’re using an embedded browser (some corporate environments), try another browser.
