Manage Stock Level

Overview

The Stock Levels page allows you to view inventory quantities across the warehouses configured in Synctify OMS. You can also manually adjust stock levels when necessary, import inventory data in bulk, and export an inventory report.

Synctify OMS retrieves inventory data from your connected warehouse approximately every 15 minutes to help keep inventory quantities on your sales channels up to date.

View stock levels

Go to Inventory > Stock Levels .
Click (Expand) next to a Product SKU to view its stock level details for each configured warehouse.
Review the current stock status for each Product SKU.

Stock status definitions

In-transit Quantity: The quantity of goods that have been shipped by the manufacturer but have not yet been received by the supplier or warehouse.
Stock On Hand: The total quantity of inventory physically present in the warehouse.
Reserved Quantity: The quantity reserved for pending orders and unavailable for new orders.
Committed Quantity: The quantity allocated to confirmed orders but not yet shipped.
Available Quantity: The quantity available for new orders. It is calculated by subtracting the Reserved Quantity and Committed Quantity from the Stock On Hand quantity.

Adjust a stock level

Use manual stock adjustments only in exceptional situations, such as when a warehouse API temporarily fails to send inventory data.

When the API connection resumes, new inventory data received through the API will overwrite the manually adjusted quantity.

Click (Adjust).
Select the warehouse location where you want to adjust the stock level.
Select an update method and enter the quantity.
Select a reason for the adjustment.
Click Submit .
Enter a manual stock adjustment.

Import inventory

To update inventory quantities in bulk, click Import Inventory on the Stock Levels page.

This opens the Import Data workflow, where you can download the inventory template, upload your completed file, confirm the field mapping, and review the import before submitting it.

Export stock levels

Go to Data Bridge > Export to export the Inventory Level Report.
